Melissa Locke is a paediatric physiotherapist who has worked in the area of children’s health and disability for the past 32 years. Melissa graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 1985 and was the first physiotherapist in Australia to be awarded Fellowship of the Australian College of Physiotherapists via the clinical specialisation pathway in paediatrics (in October 2008).
Melissa is the Managing Director of Movement Solutions Pty. Ltd. and works in private paediatric practice in South East Queensland. She is passionate about improving the quality of life and health outcomes for babies, children and young people of all abilities, whilst assisting them, their families and carers to navigate the best course for their individual needs and ongoing independence.
