Dr Emma Scriven completed her medical degree at Monash University in Melbourne before returning home to Queensland to practice. She is enthusiastic about all aspects of general practice and previously enjoyed working in rural and regional areas.
Dr Scriven has special interests in children’s health and women’s health. She is trained in Implanon insertion and aligned with Mater Mothers Hospital
to provided shared antenatal care.
As a mother of 3 young children, Dr Scriven knows the value of a trusted, caring GP and is keen to provide this for her patients. She enjoys caring for patients through their lifetime and families across generations.
When not working Dr Scriven enjoys sewing and playing taxi driver to her overly committed children.
