Nadina has over 15 years of experience in pelvic health, working across both private practice and hospital settings. She is highly skilled in managing a wide range of complex conditions, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain.
She is passionate about working within a multidisciplinary team to provide care and support for:
- Bladder urgency and incontinence
- Bowel dysfunction
- Chronic pelvic pain
- Painful intercourse
- Pelvic organ prolapse and pessary fitting
- Safe return-to-sport and running assessments
- Pre- and post-surgical pelvic rehabilitation
Nadina is committed to empowering patients with knowledge and practical skills to help them regain control of their pelvic health at every stage of life.
She is an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist, a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, and actively involved in the APA Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health special interest group, Women’s Health Training Associates, and the Continence Foundation of Australia.
