Infant Feeding Support

Here at Growlife Medical, we understand difficulties and concerns with infant feeding. The specialist team want to help to make your infant feeding journey more comfortable and easier, to give your child the best nutritional start to life possible. We support your own individual situation and feeding goals and our aim is to help you feel more informed and empowered to grow in confidence and build your intuition as parents.

· Access to treatment of complex issues including paediatric dysphagia & behavioural feeding difficulties (private fee)

· Shared Medical Appointments (bulk-billed follow up)

Baby Clinic

Growlife Medical offers mum and baby checks at the clinics with Midwife and Paediatric Nurse Alison. Bulk-billed up until 6 weeks of age, and then a small fee for appointments after 6 weeks. Book online.


Weekly, free drop-in clinics are available with Baby Nurse Kay Whitby at Growlife Sherwood. Call us to book.


Lactation Consultant Service

Lactation Consultants are professionals who provide breastfeeding support to mothers experiencing breastfeeding issues. They will address your feeding challenges including but not limited to low milk production, babies who are having trouble latching onto the nipple, sleepless babies, low weight gain or painful breastfeeding.


Sam Foster is an Endorsed Midwife and Lactation Consultant who provides comprehensive support and assistance in the comfort of your own home, at one of our clinics, or via telehealth. Dr Sonja Morgan is a GP Lactation Consultant who can assist with breastfeeding, perinatal mental health and infant feeding, sleeping and settling concerns at our Highgate Hill practice.


Tongue Tie and Frenotomy

  • Comprehensive assessment with an experienced member of the Lactation Consultant team (all International Board Certified Lactation Consultants IBCLC certified)
  • Management and release of tongue tie / frenotomy (after assessment and identification by Lactation Consultant or Speech Pathologist) with GP Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) Dr Sonja Morgan and Sam Foster

Shared Medical Appointments

Once you have had an initial one-on-one consultation with any of your health professionals for assessment and preliminary management, you are eligible to book into as many of our clinic group sessions as you need, with no out-of-pocket expenses if you and baby are registered with Medicare. In the shared medical appointments, you will benefit from the advice of a specialist GP Doctor & Registered Nurse Lactation Consultant.

Infant Nutrition

Experienced Dietitian Georgia Blair offers multiple services to ensure your bub is well nourished in their early life. Georgia provides individual consultations and follow up, as well as group sessions to provide key information on Introduction to Solids and Toddler Nutrition.
