Is your baby almost ready to take their first bites? Join us for a value-packed, engaging, practical, and confidence-boosting session designed for parents of babies aged 3 to 9 months who are preparing to start solids!
In just one hour, you’ll gain expert guidance and real-world tips on:
- When & how to introduce solids
- Recognising signs your baby is ready
- Preparing food safely and appropriately for each stage
- Allergy prevention strategies
- How to reduce choking risks
- Creating positive, joyful mealtime experiences
Led by an experienced dietitian, this session is packed with must-know info to help you feel excited and empowered as you begin your baby’s food journey.

Price is per participant. Bring your questions and leave with confidence!
Babies are welcome to join parents/carers on the day.
Receipts
If your Health fund requires a receipt with the health professional's details, please respond 'yes' to the question "Are you claiming with your private health insurance fund?" and a receipt will be issued to you on the day.
Cancellation policy
If we cancel the session, you will be offered a refund or a swap to another
date. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session, there will be no
refund.

Parking
The session is held at Growlife Medical, Highgate Hill
Highgate Hill - 109 Gladstone Rd Highgate Hill. Off street parking is available behind our building, accessed via Hazlewood St. Street parking is available in Hazelwood Street, Dornoch Terrace or in front of our building. Please be aware that we are located in a council 2 hour parking zone effective Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm.
