How to Introduce Solids to Your Baby

Knowing how to introduce solids is one of the biggest questions parents have when approaching this milestone.

Our dietitian will guide you through the key considerations when beginning your baby's food journey, including the questions many parents have around foods, textures, allergies, safety and mealtimes.

Rather than trying to work it all out yourself, come along and learn from an experienced professional who can guide you through the process and answer your questions.

Why Attend an Introduction to Solids Course?

You can find endless information about starting solids online, but having the right information at the right time can make all the difference.

Our course gives you the opportunity to learn directly from a dietitian, ask questions and gain a clearer understanding of what to expect as your baby begins their journey with food.

Instead of feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice, you'll have a supportive space to learn, ask questions and prepare for this exciting milestone.
