Term 1: Monday, Feb 9th - Thursday, 2nd April

Term 2: Monday 27th April - Monday 22nd June (extra Monday added in due to public holiday May 4th)

Term 3: Monday 20th July - Friday 11th September

Term 4: Monday 12th October - Friday Dec 4th


Term Fees:

Single Child: $239*

Family (twins/2 kids over 12 mths): $339*

Casual (if available): $33* per child & family

Rooted in the latest research, SongLife Connections nurtures the parent-child bond through music. SongLife Connections is a group music therapy program for babies, toddlers, young children and their families. Our music lessons are a catalyst to activate valuable family music experiences for Brisbane families.


Whether you're a new parent or growing your family, SongLife Connections offers a welcoming space where your voice bridges connection, development, and joy. SongLife Connections promotes sustainable community connections using group music therapy. The program also supports awareness and development of your child’s sensory needs, including sensory integration and self-regulation.


Songlife Connection is run by Amy Cooper, Registered Music Therapist and the Clinical Program Manager of the groups at Highgate Hill and Sinnamon Park.


  • What do Growlife Medical's music therapy lessons include?

    SongLife Connections is a music therapy program which focuses on the achievement of therapeutic goals to improve health, functioning and wellbeing. It is not a music early learning program and does not focus on supporting music education or music entertainment goals.


    Using live music-making, SongLife Connections programs include:


    • Celebration of music making for families that promote community health and wellbeing.
    • How to engage musically with your child and create voice-body connection through song.
    • Sensory development opportunities for your child through musical play, promoting motor, cognitive, language, emotional and social skills.
    • Growing your ability to connect with your child through song to help them settle and sleep.
    • Interactive singing with your child to engage the senses and support co-regulation and self-regulation.

  • Booking details

    • Sessions are conducted in 8-week blocks during the school year. 
    • No sessions on public holidays. Term dates are extended to take these into account.
    • Due to high demand and space, bookings are required. 
    • Please note full payment of fee confirms your place and bookings will be made on a first come basis. 
    • Once the term has commenced bookings via the online shop will close. Please phone the clinic to book.
