Michelle is a Credentialed Diabetes Educator and Diabetes Nurse Practitioner at Growlife, with extensive experience in the management of both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes across a range of clinical settings. She has a strong clinical focus on optimising glycaemic control through evidence-based, patient-centred care, with particular expertise in advanced diabetes technologies , continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems and insulin pump therapy. She works closely with individuals to enhance their understanding of diabetes, support self-management, and tailor treatment plans to achieve sustainable health outcomes.

In addition to her diabetes specialty, she is also a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner with a keen interest in the care of older adults living with complex and chronic conditions. Her combined expertise allows her to provide comprehensive, integrated care for patients, with a strong emphasis on improving health outcomes and maintaining independence in older populations.
