Sian Perfrement

Sian is an Endorsed Midwife, Registered Midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with more than 30 years of experience supporting babies and families through pregnancy, feeding, newborn care and the early months of parenthood.

Her passion for supporting families began in 1995, when she started caring for newborns and young children in Australia and internationally. Over the years, Sian has cared for twins and triplets and volunteered in orphanages in Hong Kong and Lesotho, supporting babies and children with a range of additional needs.

After returning to Australia and becoming a mother herself, Sian completed her Midwifery degree at The University of Queensland. She combines her clinical knowledge with extensive hands-on experience and her own understanding of motherhood to provide calm, compassionate and practical support.

Sian takes a personalised approach, recognising that every family is different. She is passionate about helping parents feel informed, confident and supported as they navigate pregnancy, feeding, newborn care and the transition into parenthood.

Sian is available in clinic at Growlife Medical Fairfield, Sherwood and Sinnamon Park. She also offers telehealth appointments and home visits within a 15km radius of the clinics.
