Our Antenatal Classes focus on what comes next in the days after when baby comes home. "Life With Your Newborn" workshops are held once a month on Saturdays.
In these focused three hour sessions prior to the birth of your baby, Baby Nurse Kay empowers you with information and strategies for parenting your baby in the early months, such as:
- What to expect from your new baby when you get home from hospital
- Newborn baby care (dressing, bathing, cares)
- Getting breastfeeding on track
- Latest evidence based advice on infant sleep, settling and feeding your baby
- Where to find good support?
- Taking time to think about your values as parents
- Thinking about how to develop your skills as a parent coach

After birth, Life With Your Newborn attendees are welcome to drop in for baby checks at the clinic with midwife and paediatric nurse Alison, or join our Parents Groups run by baby nurse Kay Whitby
