Isolde is a provisional psychologist completing her Master of Clinical Psychology, and works with children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of interest include mood and anxiety disorders, neurodiversity, chronic pain and physical health challenges, grief, adjustment, life transitions, and attachment and relationship difficulties.
She takes a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and client-centred approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Her practice is grounded in compassion and trust, with an emphasis on building a genuine therapeutic relationship - balancing practical, skills-based work with patience and sensitivity, so each person can find safety and move at their own pace. Isolde welcomes clients of all cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
