Most antenatal classes focus on labour, but we focus on what comes next.
Led by experienced baby nurse Kay Whitby, this warm and practical workshop is designed to help you and your support person feel truly prepared
for those early days and weeks with your newborn. Whether you're a first-time parent or just looking for a refresher, you'll walk away with clarity, confidence, and a cup of tea in hand!

Cancellation policy
If you cancel within 48 hrs of the workshop, there is no refund. If we need to cancel the workshop, you will be given the option to re-book or receive a full refund.

Giving "Life with your newborn" as a Gift
You can purchase an open-ended place by checking the "Choose date later by phone" under the date. You will receive a brightly coloured .pdf via email to give to your pregnant partner or friend. The clinic can be contacted later on 07 3036 4081 to book a date.
Parking
For Sessions held at Growlife Medical Highgate Hill
(109 Gladstone Road): Off-street parking is available behind our building, accessed via Hazlewood St.. Street parking is available in Hazelwood Street, Dornoch Terrace or in front of our building. Please be aware that we are located in a council 2 hour parking zone, effective Monday to Friday 7am to 6 pm.
